I ask because i noticed kathode here. I do not wish to be apart of MW forums any longer because I was banned for who knows what.
PM said.
"I am tired of being ignored." He never warned nme that I was posting bad stuff so How can I ignore him. I always do my best to popst good topics/
"This is your final warning." This was my FIRST warning, how come first is final?
"I an tired of moving your off topic posts" Well one post was about console tcs command in the genral forum. I thought that was a good general topic rather than a hint as it does not give anything away like a hint/spoiler. But this post was moved. I didnt realize this was a big deal because I thought I was on tpic and because I did not get a warning. Another post was that I named a bunch of artifacts in generla forum. Well thats an innocent mistake. I didnt think a name would spoil anyhting but in the opinions of others I guess it can. Anyway, this was an innocent mistake and I was not warned.
My third and final "offensive" post. Subject: Goodnigght everyone; Message: Pleasant dreams. So I get banned for saying goodnight to my friends when I have never received a warning before and therefore dont know that I am doing anything wrong.
I am an asset to the official MW forums having posted over 1000 times, offen assisting those who have less experince than me.
I believe I have been unfailry treated by bethesad so I ask, If Kathode is here does that mean that this is a MW forum. If so, no offense kathode, but I just dont want to be a part of this forum.
Go ahead and flame. I have come to expect that, But I dont flame people or treat people in a bad way or curse or post soilers except for maybe that one above or knowingly post off topic except for saying good night(above) and I didnt think that was a big deal anyway. Whos "ignoring " the mods? I dont knw.

And this would count as a totally un-needed post, suppose that you start to do that every day? Put it into PM's.

Post count doesnt mean anything, ones value comes from the content of your posts.

Welcome. This forum is not owned by Bethseda(I'm pretty sure), and I haven't seen Kathode post here much(though I don't visit these forums a whole lot either...).
I'm really not sure what happened to you on the elderscrolls forums, but I think the mods/admins have had it really tough there with spam and other things ever since they brought down the general discussion section, so they might be a bit testy sometimes... but they are doing a good job considering all the pressure and stuff they go through, I imagine moderating a forum is alot of work(especially one as crowded as the elderscrolls ones are...).
btw: I don't understand how you don't see a list of console commands as hints/spoilers... unless you use them for debugging, they are essentially cheats...

I didnt post a list of console commands, I just asked how does one use TCS which provides information on how much damage one does, chance to hit and be hit. Isnt this really general info on the game. Its not like I told people how to use the console to cheat. I was juts trying to get a discussion going on tcs which would help people understand how much dmagae there sowrds are doing for example.

anyway, no one warned me about this to indictae that I could possibly be banned. the correct way is to say, your post has been moved dnt do it again or you may be banned.

ok sorry to post so many in my own thread, just letting you know that I am not trying to get in an argument with anyone. thats the last thing i want to do after getting banned. I will keep my complaints to myself and do my best, as I did on the official MW forum, to post well. And I dont flame and I dont curse.

Well I can't really comment on what happened on elderscrolls.com., other than to say that I am aware they seem to be pretty strict with the moderating, probably as a result (like Kilana said) of having to manage such a huge number of posts.
Anyway I'd encourage you to stay here, you shouldn't have any problems as long as you stick to the forum guidelines (there's a link to these right at the bottom of this page) I prefer this place to the official forums because it's so much smaller, therefore friendlier (IMO).

*nods to all that's been said above* True enough... these forums are alot more casual than what I've seen and heard of the ES forums; if you mis-post, well, you may get a "hey now, wrong forum" note, and if you keep it up in a short period of time we may get less and less cordial (;)) about it, but I've never heard of anyone being banned for such.
My only guideline on here is that we respect one another; if you disagree with someone, feel free to argue until the heavens clash and fire and brimstone fall, I'll even join in ;) In a way, these couple'a forums feels like an extended home (or family, if you will) to me. Just please do respect others on here and follow the forum guidelines; that's all I ask. I'll back anyone as long as they do.

I've been using the net for 4 yrs only but i never really liked posting on forums, too many offensive people that think that they can get away with typing in obscenities(correct spelling?), tho of course sometimes i do try once in a while just to get a feeling of what's its really all about. Well I'd like you to know that this forum is a whole lot frendlier than most and I immediately noticed that tho there are guidelines, they are quite reasonable, not too tight, and not to loose either since i've found it hard to find immature posters bad mouthing, flaming or even being total neanderthals. And that's my say to that ;) !
