For a new build, it is quite cheap (only $60!). I don't plan to run multiple video cards, but expandable RAM is important. I could put 4 GB in now for $60 and another 4 next year or something, along with a six-core CPU and a decen video card.

Biostar stuff is usually pretty hit or miss. I'd read a few online reviews and see if it has any outstanding issues before I plunk down the cash. Besides that, it looks pretty decent.
