Hello.
In the "Plan to defeat Dagoth Ur", Vivec's priests mention a risk that the Nerevarine may use Kagrenac's Tools and the Heart him/herself, and achieve godhood in the same way that Tribunal members originally did. And this is the reason why they won't disclose the ritual on how to use the Heart.
Does anyone know what the ritual is? I know how to destroy the Heart, but not to use it.
From other sources within the game, we learn that Dagoth Ur has bound himself to the Heart. Does this prevent the Heart from being used to progress an ascension at all? Or does electing not to follow Dagoth Ur early in the Trials preclude the possibility?

Steps to becoming a god/Aedra/Daedra/whatever:
1. Turn on console (hit ~).
2. Type in TGM.
3. Hit enter.
If you feel that this is cheating, do it while you're close to the Heart of Lorkhan. Or just be satisfied with your mortal-hero status.
Btw, while you can't join Dagoth Ur, his Ash Vampire kin (and a few other little Dagoths) will talk to you about the possibilty. Try a calm humanoid spell first though before you attempt to engage them in conversation.
And Anarkos, you know that Slashy at the Ministry of Truth is the one who starts the Bow Upgrade quest, not Superfly. ;)
