I have been trying to find a spell or enchantment that will boost my magika and my intell. over 100 without using potions if anyone has a way I would be glad to hear it.

you could make a constant effect fortify intelligence item.
you may notice that your magicka is directly related to your int. (if you have 100 int your magika might = 100 depending weither you have multipliers or not)
you could also choose one of the signs Apprentice, Mage, Antorach when making a new character to play. these will give you permenant multipliers. :sly:
also check you private message folder under usercp -privatemessages for a few other ways.
