Is it possible to _add_ graphical features to Morrowind...
What I thought of:
When hitch-hiking in the area around the Ghostfence, the idea of adding agraphical effect to Morrowind came into my mind...:
You see, the Ghostfence looks like it was "fluid", as if there was a continuous stream of something looking like water...
Now...I just tried, if the effect I thought of already was there...
I shot an arrow towards the Ghostfence....I wanted the Ghostfence to "act" like the water surface, when a stone is thrown into water...I wanted the Ghostfence to form concentrical circles around the point, where the arrow hit the Ghostfence...
So now, this doesn´t seem to be included in the game...
But...Is it possible for a 3D-modeller to add this feature into TES3 ??
Another thing:
I thought of teleporters...relatively big arcs( like the ones in the area of the koal cave), BUT! It came into my mind, that it would be a kewl effect, that one could see the location the teleporter would be teleporting you THROUGH the teleporter...well this sounds strange...mainly because ...I can´t speak English THAT good.
But, let´s continue... If one saw the location( i.e. Balmora, northern gate) through the arc, it would be even better, if there was some kind of transparency...The player wouldn´t only see Balmora, northern gate, but also what actually lies behind the arc.
MAn..that would be a few more triangles, I guess...
And now, the third "thing":
Is there a possibility to improve the water effect? I mean, I do use Pixel shading, but somehow the water doesn´t look real, and it doesn´t reflect the scenery/whatever, as real water...I know, this is just a PC-game, butI would have been more than satisfied with a slightly more sophisticated water-effect that in Comanche 4, for instance..
Well....just thinking...

I reckon so. You would have to totally change the code though, and it would take ages. You'd also have to take a course in C++ or whatever programming language Bethesda used... :(
