Is glass armor that good? or is just the look?

Glass is the best non-unique "light armor". Btw, you're new here so "welcome" and all ;) Oh, and to avoid getting crucified for asking questions that've been answered 1000 times before, it's usually a Good Thing to use the forum's 'search' button (up near the top of the page) before you create a new topic.

Light armor = best non-enchanted light armor.
Light armor = worst-looking armor in the game. Especially the shoulder dealies and that helm. Yecch.

Hey I think it is stylin heh. I have the helm, Sheild and Long sword(But I can't use it because I'm short blades), and I have two short blades.

Curry's recolored armor... available at morrowind summit... it retextures glass and daedric to lots of different colors: pink, blue, purple, black, etc.

i want to post this image i made.. its a combanation of orcish armor and glass armor and i changed the colour and did some stuff to it.. its really neat.

i currently have the helm, the cuirass, the boots, and a shield...
i like the look... and yes even the helm..
and it's tons better than that chitin stuff i was using before...
i got a bunch of glass long and short blade swords and daggers...
but i still use my enchanted deadric katana...
