For those that have done this, what did you do about the City interludes? Were they considered part of the previous mission? And if you died in them it was back to the start of the previous mission? Or where they considered their own mini-mission to be IMed? Or just ignored and you only IMed during "real" missions?
I've a feeling that I'll treat the bits inbetween proper missions as mini-missions to be IMed, but wondered if there was any "standard" about this.
