Yeah don't hate me I've searched myself broken and come up with nothing.
I know there is an IRC channel on polaris.starchat.net called # thief. Thought I'd check it out.
Downloaded mIRC, figured out how to change servers and found StarChat.
Thing is there is no # thief, it goes from #teenzone to #twilight tavern.
Any help would be appreciated.

on the command line, just type /join #thief.

Lies!
Also yes, #thief is secret (+s), meaning it shouldn't show up on the /list. Don't know what registering has to do with any of that, apart for being able to /list at all.

All the good channels are usually secret (mode +s), so they don't appear in the channel list.
This is presumably to stop the Random Foreign-Speaking People Who Inhabit Starchat from wandering into them.
You can also join the channel by clicking on this link. It should open the channel in whatever is set as your default IRC client:
(
irc://irc.starchat.net/thief) #Thief.

Shot for the link Nameless Voice.

Also because the topics of #thief are usually about cocks.

You make that sound like it's a bad thing.
