Who needs namby pamby robots to do all your hovering when pretty much any moveable object within the game can be made to hover serenely in the air. I present to you the proof in the form of 'Levi-guard' the amazing sleeping SSC guard who levitates while he snores.

2) Apply objects liberaly to top surface of glass window.
3) Allow to settle till all movement ceases.
4) Go underneath window and shoot it out with the glass destablised weapon.
5) Marvel at the incredible floating objects right before your very eyes!
Do not try to stack any further objects on top of already levitating ones. The levitating objects, upon meeting their new friend will suddenly reacquire respect for gravity and come crashing to the ground.
It is obvious to see why this happens. Havoc saves time by not recomputing the state of objects already at rest. Consequently once they come to rest on the glass you can safely remove the glass and everything will stay in it's last rest position. Till you disturb it again. Thus far through the game (Just in Treir raiding the Templar Church right now) there is only one place to do this and that is the Lawyers apartment at the top of Emerald Arms in Seattle. He has nice security rigged skylights that can be destablished happily.
