Anybody know how to fix the inventory text as it write over and never erases unless you escape and come back into play?
Windows Vista 32-bit with ddfix and widescreen fixes applied.
Everything else works great except for this issue.
Also, when unlocking with a key, the key text mimics across the screen and doesn't disappear until you escape and come back...
The same issues occur in Thief 2 as well...

have you looked in (

The issue you are describing sounds like a DDFix issue and you are more likely to find support for it in that specific forum.
If you did and didn't find an answer, that section is still a better place to post your question since ddfix savvy people are more likely to notice your question there.

Try setting UseSysMemOverlay=2.
Which ddfix version? With the latest ddfix, widescreen mod should not be applied. (That shouldn't have anything to do with this problem, though.)

ddfix 1.5.5 was used...
