Well, I don't have anything against Portuguese people (Except the stuff they eat). Oh, so PT people post jokes about the BR's? That's surprising. I thought it was one way only.

Well, I disagree. They will suck unless we do a lot of acting in those seven years. We don't have the infraestructure to hold them. During the Pan-Americans you could barely move 10m in a car without taking half'a hour.
And crime is a pretty big issue, we had a lot of trouble with the shanty towns.
