Today, while searching the skies above balmora for any funny things up there... i found one thing...
Daggerfall Music and i know this for a fact since i still own daggerfall.
And knowing that i had no mods other than the ones that have been produced by bethesda this seemed strange at first..
So finally at a break in my game, i went to search the music files of morrowind and sure enough i found it under /music/explore/dagger_fnuet.mp3

sorry folks.. seems i had a mod still on... i had the esp off, but it seems the game itself plays mp3s in the folder over and over even if it was for a mod. so... forget all this and there wont be a problem :\
