i'm pretty sure skooma can be made, as clicking on the skooma pipes takes you to the normal alchemy process. i know it's a form of moonsugar, but what else do i need to create it? serious skooma addict :cool:

Well, noone's succeeded yet; further, as all you seem to be able to create are 'custom' potions (ie: no 'quality', 'exclusive', 'standard', etc), I'd doubt it's possible. If you do find a way though, do say how? ;)

There is a mansion North of Vivec that is guarded by some orcs. You visit it in an Imperial Cult quest, but you are warned not to go inside; you're just raiding the garden. But...if you go in, slay the guards, and head through a locked door down to the basement, you find an alchemist making some skooma.
I assume the herbs on her table would be the required ingredients, although I haven't tried'em myself.
