All the goodies we find: is it fixed or do the contents of boxes change according to the play?
If fixed: is there a list somewhere?

It is fixed. I would be surprised if someone actually made a complete list of all the items in the entire game.

fixed you say. hmmm I'm too stupid. I played it several times and cursed every box with a battery (squared, not round) or tranq darts. Now I can't pick up lethal ammo, I'm filled up... should have noted down the places.
ICEbreaker: it would not surprise me anymore, some players have too much time on their hands. look at the existing lists.....

But to get an accurate count? Pretty difficult.
