kill bazur gro-gharz in cheydinhal, and on his body he'll have 20 iron arrows. take all of them and theres one left. keep pressing a(on 360) and you can get as many as you want.

Some people have said that you can do this with gold on some corpses too.
For PC users, it'd be much easier to just do player->additem gold or whatever it is in this game. I'm sure someone who has been using the console more can say.

Who the Hell cares about infinite Steel Arrows? They're about as powerful as the rocks in FarCry.
