Okay. Heres how it works. Maybe you all know this already. It is an old game now.
Thou canst not train thy skill beyond thy governing attribute of said skill. Thusly, though, thou shall equip the tools of the heathens to boost thy abilities beyond the threshold which thy gods have established in thee, then thy (attribute) shall be 101 or higher, and thou shalt be able to acquire, from master trainers, infinite (skill) points. Expensive, but soon thou shalt be on level 714 and such matters will neither concern thee anymore.
This works so much better that getting yourself jailed to lose skills and build them back up again, since that tends to mess the game up when it's done in merciless repetition. (Anything from guards who never forget your crimes, regardless of bounty, to merchants who get all their gold back instantly)
