Statistically speaking, your more likely to eat a spider in your sleep then wake up with one on your testicles.

A couple weeks ago, I woke up with a wasp on my eye. Of course, when I woke up, all I knew was that something was on my eye. I killed it on my face and only afterward realized it was a wasp that could have stung my cornea whenever it wanted.
I r smrt.

Hmm?
Oh, we have mice too. My cat is perfectly content to let the mice live, while she kills chipmunks, voles, and rabbits. It's a little frustrating.

Centipedes are awesome
catbarf on 24/7/2010 at 22:07
Fuck, those are them.
I wasn't aware they were so common, I'd never seen them in Tbilisi, Nairobi, or Washington DC, so I was thoroughly creeped out when I found them in this house.
From that article, they eat spiders. Yay.
From that article, they can run at 0.4m per second, lay dozens and dozens of eggs, and live 3-7
years. NOT YAY.

And they'll only go away if you get rid of the bugs they eat.
And since we have a HUGE spider population that replenishes itself every year no matter what we do, these little fuckers are here to stay. God fucking damn it.
Thankfully they're generally harmless but holy fuck I hate seeing one crawling on the walls.

Ugh... ants. Had ~20 years of serious (several house blocks => pretty much impossible to get rid of) (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pharaoh_ant) pharaoh ant problems. However, this year we had an unusual winter - always below 0 and often very cold.
And they are gone - all of them - just gone :D (Not the first time in the history of this house block - so, they probably will return one day. Next winter will tell.)
