Nobody is sure if bethseda is gonna release another expansion...
Yes, bethseda does own the trademark thing for "(
http://tess.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=4kp9is.2.1) Blood Moon"... but you really don't know if it is an expansion, another game, or just something they want to hold on to for some other reason... All the devs have been very secretive about it... I think they enjoy watching all the people try and guess what their planning... It is kinda funny, :joke:

Don't know if you're still subscribed to this thread but with regard to your original q apparently if you kill the person who is killing the ordinators in Vivec (don't know who other than she's female - randomly slaughter half the population?! ) and go to the ordinator barracks then as a reward you can get an ordinator helm and cuirass that you can wear without reprisals. It's just something I spotted on another forum (forshame - I was only there 'cos this one was down, honest!) so I don't know details or whether they'll stop being upset with you if they already are (well, it gives me a reason to collect their nice helmets as ornaments - can't wear them anyhow)

Can you actually wear that armor in Vivec? When he give it to you, he warns you not to wear it around ordinators:confused: I got the impression, it was just a legal (non-stolen) set of armor, rather than one that gave you consent to wear their armor. Of course, since I have the patch which makes them not care, I don't really know for sure.
As for the woman you need to kill
Look in the foriegn quarter (or Hlaalu, I can't quite remember) sewers after recieving the quest. She is a sleeper prophet which will automatically challenge and attack you when you approach. She fits the description given, being a female dwemer with a dagger.
Don't you mean Dunmer? There's only one Dwemer left alive in the world, and he ain't in Vivec.

Didn't find much on Blood Moon from that link. :p Click on the here link and then click on basic search, look for blood moon, and it will bring a page saying it is owned by ZeniMax Media Inc. If you don't know who they are, look on your morrowind box/cd...
