In Vivec on my way to battle Bolvyn the Indorl Guards keep attacking me. I had an Indoril helmet on and took it off, but they keep coming. What gives? Also, what level should I be at now to complete this battle sucessfully (I'm at 24)?

Tetchy little s.o.b.'s, ain't they? I think it was the helmet that did it; since they regard Indoril armor as sacred they get rather upset if they catch you wearing it, and once this has happened they seem to attack you on sight from then on, even if you never wear the stuff in their presence again.... you could try using a calm humanoid spell, then bribing or admiring them until their disposition towards you is very high, and hopefully by the time the spell wears off they'll like you so much they won't want to attack. I've done this successfully with quite a few aggressive NPCs.
As for Bolvyn, he's pretty tough, he has ebony armor and a daedric dai-katana (gulp) so you need to watch yourself-level 24 sounds reasonable, although he will probably wear your health down quite quickly if he closes with you. Obviously, you should save your game before the battle starts (note that he will attack you the minute you enter the arena pit). Take a decent weapon and armor with you and have lots of healing spells/potions on hand. Of course if your magic skills are good you can try to avoid melee combat and take him out from a distance.....
Let us know how you get on, anyway :)

Bolvyn was not a problem. He went down pretty easy. The guards are a real problem. I will try the calming idea. Right now I am using the shadow amulet. Is there a way to answer someone who has left me an answer without posting a reply to my thread?

My problem with the Indorils started after someone witnessed my FIRST target fot the Morag Tong. The indoril confronted me but I showed them my writ of execution and so they let me alone. Now everytime i go inside the shops in Vivec they tend to attack me but those outside at the plaza and those making the rounds does not.

dalep62: Try using a PM instead, maybe.
Chaos Kin: Yeah, that can get annoying... especially as they still confiscate stolen items from you even if you present the writ. I just used a custom 'frenzy humanoid' spell effect on the ones that wouldn't speak to me, so the guards didn't so much as say 'boo' to me.

Actually they're not really a problem since i can just ignore them. The Indorils start and stop in attacking me since they can see me only intermittently with a 60% to 85% constant chameleon :D. And even if they can see me i got about 75% sanctuary also. hehehe.

With the morag tong quests... I take off my clothes and talk to the person, then I can taunt them... If I have a fine, I'll run past guards without clothes and they wont bring up that crime greeting either...

And who could possibly blame them...? ;)
Hey, no, wait, get away from me with that big sharp pointy thing... I don't like bleeding! *casts a hasty Recall*

Oh how would I like to visit your Vivec now! For some sightseeing tour only. :ebil:
*dusts off 100% chameleon suit, ordered a boxful of packed lunches, and proceeded to research how to teleport to Kilana's MWIII world: destination Vivec*
