I just learned this and confirmed it with the editor!!!
If you kill the "Last Living Dwarf" you can take his magic hat. Then, with the hat, run naked all the way to red mountain. There, you should meet a new character named "Angry Shanks", who will give you a lift ticket in exchange for the hat.
Take the ticket to the "Hyper-Munky" disguised as a mudcrab in the sewers of Vivecs palace, (which has a hidden entrance in Balmora). There, the Mudcrab will give you the ultimate super secret weapon:
AZURA'S SNIPER RIFLE!!! IT IS TEH HAXOR L337 dEwDz !!
It does 100-100 damage, ranged, with paralyze 900 seconds and drain health 1,000,000!
It kILLz vIvEc in 0.5 hItZ!

After doing the main quest I went back to vivec and killed the god vivec. The game then tells you that you've screwed the world, for killing an essential plot element.
if you look around the editor you come across a characture called todd. Who is a top blades guy, but you cant access him in game.

I believe Todd is probably the guy in the level Toddtest which i found in the editor, which incidentally is the same place as the Test_allweapons crate and the Test_allarmour crates, a barrel that lets you hear sound effects and another Npc I believe that lets you chooce your level/stats etc, dont know how youd get yourself to that level though :)

By creating a doorway you can access easily and making it warp to a doorway in the test room.
