Ice Blade of the Monarch is in the original game- possibly acquired via an Imperial Cult quest, but I cannot remember precisely.
Or are some items duplicated in Bloodmoon?

[SPOILER]For instance, somewhere between Thirsk and the North shore of the Lake Fjalding I encountered a lone rickling who did not attack me. I saved, and I killed him, to find a rusty weapon on him- remembering the rusty dagger which got turned into some major artifact (sorry, memory hazy again), I went back to the save, in case it turned up in a quest later- but it hasn't, or not in the path I took- the Skal quests rather than the werewolf, and siding with Falco.

Did you try talking to it at all? Or you could check to see if it has a unique ID. If it doesn't it might be a... er... fluke.

just click ~ and type player->additem katana_bluebrand_unique 1

Necro bumps are usually bad form, but it's not like there are lots of recent posts then BAM a 5 year old one. I'd probably prefer this over someone making a new thread just to post "lolsend email 4 teh cheatz!".
