As I wrote in the other thread, you just need 2 commands.
To make it simple, create a txt file in the root folder
copy this
hilight_by_prop loot
hilight_render 1
rename or save the file to lf.cmd to make it short (lf=lootfinder)
Open the mission in DromEd, type in the console
run lf.cmd
voilà, here's all the loot. Mark a object in blue, press F8 and you're there.
This can be combined with savegames loaded in DromEd if you want to find missing loot.
DromEd toolkit has a menu entry for this.

A theoretical idea to make it work in game:
If you could dump highlited object names or numbers to a text file, then you could generate a dml file (from a copy-paste template or using a script), which would add some properties like Extra Light and maybe that one, which changes the order of rendering, so the objects appear in front of other objects. (can't remember its name now).
