The 3D models look nice, but I also think flat ones will be fine, especially with the new high res textures.

It doesn't use custom textures. The ones in your obj.crf will be used. Remember that NewDark doesn't care about extensions. It'll look for dds, then png, and so on. In obj.crf it'll find the original gif files.

The gap is way too small for chains. I think the original gap was because of sub-object collision errors with the base.
