Hey guys just wondering if anyone is still working on an update to the EP with all the latest stuff in this thread?
Incredible work btw, everytime a new pack comes out I find myself replaying the campaign just to see all the new work.

I'm not actively working on it any more. I tried to drum up some help and contributions in (

Nameless Voice, if you're still interested in the EP project, trust me 100% when I say that I intend to work on it to the best of my ability (and do every last texture if nobody else is interested,) but I have to finish the mission I'm working on first. I just don't have the time to work on both projects concurrently. From my end, the EP has to lie dormant for 4 or 5 more months.
However, I'm also putting the finishing touches on a texture pack I started, which currently sits at exactly 379 1024x1024 textures. Right now I'm adding windows and doors and other details to some of the textures. I'd like to release it somewhere, but the whole collection is over 1 gig in size now. I only have them all in .png format, but I guess in .tga format they can be compressed to half a gig in total.

If I can gather together enough textures to make a new release worthwhile, then I will package them. I'll also be that picky quality control person who will tell everyone that it's not good enough! :D
If things get rolling again, I might try to contribute a few more textures, too, though the limits of my skill are reworking existing textures or source images - I can't make things from scratch.

I don't mind the pickiness, it actually makes everything better, even though it can sometimes be frustrating. But if nobody is picky about it, then the result is sort of a half-arsed hodgepodge.

The texture pack contains brick textures, metals, woods, bushes, roofs, grounds etc. About 70-75% of the textures are taken from sites like cgtextures and the like, but the woods, metals, and forest textures and some of the bricks I've essentially made from scratch. However, I've also overlaid most textures with similar 'messy' textures to hopefully give them a different look than the ones found online. And also to give them all a similar tone, so that they hopefully fit in with one another inside the game. I've got them all tiled too.
They were meant for Thief, but I guess they'd be applicable for anything. I do have an earlier version of about 250 textures formated into .gifs and separated into the proper palettes. Though I plan to redo the palettes once I have them all done completely. Just adding windows to brick textures will probably add about 100 textures, so in that case there will be lots of near-duplicates.
Here are some examples of various bricks, some window-bricks, a metal, some roofs, some wood, and a forest:

Interesting, I think I actually recognize a texture or two from mayang textures, but I could be wrong.

Sorry to report, but I haven't gotten much done. I've only done about 25 textures, which were mostly done about half a year ago anyways. I know I'm not the most qualified person out there, but I really do promise to do them if nobody else has the time.
Sometimes I think I should ditch my main mission to work on this project instead, but it'd hurt too much to do that. Especially after all the work I've put into the mission.
