This may be a fairly redundant and annoying question, but is there any plans to bundle these into a mod that would replace Thief's default objects? or would that just simply cause the game engine to double over?

That was always the plan. The first beta has just been sent to the testers, though there is still much to be done before I can make an official release.

The first EP replacement for that vase was slightly transparent.
However I feel that it should be considered an earthenware vase, and therefor not transparent.
