the flash bomb destroys itself on use, no corpse, it should have a corpse that is unfrobbable. its a reality break for me. if the bomb destroys itself then there should at least be flinders for it.

Not hard to do, take a few glass flinders or such, scale them down and change the texture of the .bin. :thumb:

This doesn't really belong here, but I didn't want to make a whole new thread just for it.
I really know next to nothing about this sort of thing, not being a wine or whiskey drinker, so I have to ask - is this a blatant and horrifying anachronism or jarringly out of place for the universe? If so, can alternatives be suggested?

The bottles are acceptable. The label on the rye whiskey is too cowboy saloon. Change all the labels. Thief introduced us to "Gravecourt Red" and "Throvian wine."

Yeah, the wine bottles look good.
I think for the whiskey bottles, it'd look better if you google searched for something like 1850, 1880, etc, whiskey bottles.
Then you get hits like (

Anyway, yeah, the far right whiskey bottle does look a little too "Western", and the middle one a little too modern.
Maybe some from what I posted are better, #4 and maybe #2?
The far left one is good, though.

Nice looking models, the wine bottles are fine but I don't think the labels on the whiskey bottles suits well with the thief games. It suits great with fms atmosphere like Calendra's legacy, but not with the OMs atmosphere.
Maybe by playing with names from the games, like "old burrick" or "HammerRye" would do the trick, but I'm not sure. Otherwise, creating labels we can barely read would be better, so we wouldn't recognize labels from RL, but we could guess them. Still, they might be good like they are for MX...
