Okay, no I'm not asking for dating advice on the internet;), I am just desperately trying to understand a phenomenon that has been moderately prevalent throughout my life. She looooooooves to talk, talks my damn ear off!:p we even date, or not, but we get along GREAT.
Suddenly the 'relationship' turns long distance; for whatever reason I stop seeing her face to face. We stop talking as often, I message her once in awhile to see how things are, what's up, etc. She stops responding. I happen to glance at the message status and notice it's read! of course she never tells me what she's been up to like I asked, she never says hi back, and now I want to tell her to fuck off because I've sent 3 messages over 3 months (always varies, never am obsessive or creepy about it). Does she take me off her friends list? nope, just doesn't bother replying or talking anymore.
What the HELL?
p.s. - I really wouldn't care so much if this hasn't happened half a dozen to dozen times, some of which have been girlfriends. As you might have guessed, I NEARLY sent a really nasty message out tonight, but figured I'd give it a day.

3 messages in 3 months? Is that your definition of dating?

I'm not dating them, Grip. If we were dating I've broken it off, but I'm not just talking about chicks I've been in a relationship with.

Have you tried texting her in her pooper?
Seriously dude, move on, give up, smell the coffee, see the writing on the wall, it's over. If you text her again, you're entering the realm of desperation, and you don't want to be THAT GUY - not because of what she'll think, but HOW WILL YOU LIVE WITH YOURSELF?

Ehhh, lets see here...
-She's tired of you. Despite your insistence to the contrary, you've obviously got a thing for this chick. She senses it, doesn't want to take it farther than it's already gone, and is letting you down in the all very cowardly not very gently sorta way. Yeah, it sucks. It happens sometimes.
-She's far away, got a bunch of new friends, and is busy as hell with her new life in her new home. It might not be that she's ignoring you, rather she has more important things to deal with and keeps putting you off for benign reasons. Yeah, even for three months. I'm guilty of this one myself. Sometimes I get emails from people I mean to reply to immediately, but then get swept up in something else and end up taking weeks to get back around to it.
I wish I knew more about your situation here. Just from the way you're wording everything, there's a little more going on here than you're letting on about. In the end, I say send your nasty email if you want, but it won't do you any good. Best thing to do in these situations is take the admittedly not as satisfying, but far more graceful route and just not worry about it. She doesn't respond to you, you don't respond to her. Simple as that. A FUK U OLOL I GETTIN TONS OF TANG AND DON'T NEED YOU NO MO might make you feel better, but it'll also make you look like weak wounded lonely 'lil flailabout 4 year old with a bad attitude problem.
Course if she does eventually reply to you with something snarky and mean, then it's a free game. Go to town.

I do that all the time as well. Ticks me off, too.
