That's good to hear. So the bottom line is; I reduced number of patrolling ais a bit, still a lot more than the released version, which makes in the interiors a lot more challenging. Now all shadows are on with same frame rates. I'm pretty sure it must be something with video cards that are higher than 5 series. I couldn't do this when I had gf5700 so I as a habit I never bothered trying "all shadows on" on this new gf6800.
Sure I'll do my best to go crazy on optimization in every possible way just to make it more playable on lower computers. Also, I enjoy trying to crunch out a few frame rates from the engine in any case.
