You can also enter it by going to the console.
Type: "unlock", click on the door of the Orrery, and then press enter. The door shóuld be opened now.

Well, find a friend with a credit card and get them to buy it for you! :D They can email you the file and the activation code, though you'll still need internet access on the computer running Oblivion in order to complete the process.
