I missed the first two quests at the fort in Gnisis because I did the 3rd one first before I joined the Legion. Is there any way to fix this? I did the quest along time ago so I don't have any saves.

If you've already done it, then you should be able to talk to him about the quest again and he'll mark it completed for you.

Going back and trying to do them it seems like it may have just counted them as done. And thinking about it now when I joined I did get a promoted right after word with out doing any quests, which seemed odd at the time.
