Okay, I've talked to the guy who gives you the keys to trap door and I've talked to the guy at the shrine but now I'm clueless, reporting the presence of the shrine isn't what Darius wants and at the moment I'm stuck because everyone I've talked to simply points me to the guy who gives you the trap door key.

I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious so a nudge in the right direct would definatly be most welcome.

Inside the cult shrine, there should be an alter with a sword and a lvl 5 locked small chest. Inside the chest is a note, grab that, read it, and take it to darius. You will then get an assignment to kill them, ;)

I know that this probably is a pretty sorry question but I cannot find this shrine. I thought that the guard said SE of Ginis but I haven't been able to find it, can someone please help me here, thanks a lot.

Heh... not quite... it's in the basement of the barracks, and it consists of a tiny room with a little altar in it.
