I don't think so, but any that become irrelevant should be automatically deleted as you progress.

Actually to my knowledge they stay there forever. When I play they are there until the end of the game. Unless I'm missing something! :confused::angel::thumb:

Can I delete them manually from the directory of the game? in what directories are, and what kind of files?

That would probably prevent you from playing the game. And if not that, at the very least it would still leave you with a ton of images in your datavault, but most of them would be blank.
