I have read from several sources that imgcfg.exe can be run directly from the \system directory, but I don't know how to do this. Anyone know how to do this so I can keep T3 running on CPU0?

You can add the directory that contains imagecfg.exe to your system PATH variable, that way any command prompt will be able to "see" it no matter what the current directory. Either that, or you have to add the full path to imagecfg.exe when you execute it.
