When i click test game it gives me a loading screen but never loads. What do i do??

im a little new here an im sorry if this was in the wrong thread. Im a noob when it comes to the Thief editors. I cant even play the game itself anymore.

Thats what i used....
it overwrote those exact 4 files. I made 2 directoires. One of them thief3 and the other thief3edit.
I am doing everything it said. The screen i get when i click the test mission button does not have a loading bar (yes i know thats supposed to be like that)
But below it says something like "the following is an edited script.....and also foriegn languages can go here as well"
It would never go to the mission. And when i clicked the enter button it just exited out of the window. Should i start all over again?

I had the same problem. Turning off ZoneAlarm fixes it for me.

the "edited script" message is just an example of a custom text on the loading screen. About the problem, what SE said. You need to be online with firewall access freed up
