Ive beat the game 2 times so far. I want to do something to make sure this time though the game is a little different.
First time through Paul died. The second time I managed to save him. I think this time I will just let him die. There really isnt a benefit to either option is there?
The other 2 times through I chose to have the doctor guy meet me in Hong Kong. I guess this time I will leave him behind as a spy.
How do you kill Anna and Gunther with the computer? The last 2 times I just killed them in combat.
Anyother weird things you think I should try?
Oh and what about weapons and stuff. Ive tried using most every weapon style except big guns. Rifle's appear to be the best weapon option BY FAR. Nothing beats the sniper rifle for both effectiveness and fun. I tried using all the hand to hand weapons last game, and it was fun but no where near as good as rifles. If I went to master in big guns will I have enough ammo to use the flamethrower and plasma gun as my main weapons? They look pretty fun. I just hate how much space they take up.
oh, and is it possible to win if you just go crazy and shoot everything that moves, kinda like fallout? Can I just murder everyone?

[spoiler]
Reyes gives you Gunther's code if you leave him in UNATCO, Anna's code is on her computer. When you approach them and it switches to the little pre-fight conversation, you get the chance to use it.
Murdering everyone, well, sorta - the game makes certain characters invincible at certain points (Paul at the start, etc.)... makes it very awkward during some sections if you're trying to kill the people who they're talking to ;)

Some suggestions:
1. Don't kill anyone, except possibly Anna (technically, she has to die in order for Alex to give you the key - but you can abuse the engine's quirks to make Anna open the door for you during combat) and maybe Gunther (as most other augmented characters, he can be taken down with tranq darts after you've weakened him enough - Targetting aug is useful here)
2. Don't fight anyone; if you get attacked, run. Yes, it can be done (not counting Anna, because even if you don't kill her you are virtually bound to wound her in the process of making her open the door)! Make sure to choose the right augs for the job though, or some situations may become a royal pain in the arse.
3. Hack nothing. I'm playing DX this way right now and it brings a lot of change into the game.
4. Screw all objectives you can: kill the NSF leader having promised Filben not to, talk with Joe Greene about your mission, "forget" to bring Ambrosia for Dowd, make sure you fail to keep all hostages etc. you encounter alive, tell Smuggler nobody's followed you to his place (serves him right, his prices are absurd!) ignore the (obviously suspicious) mechanic at Everett's... you know the drill.
5. Talk only to the people you need to talk to in order for primary objectives to be ticked off.
6. When choosing augmentations, select the opposite of what you chose the previous time.
7. Kill everyone you can. Be ready for lots of reloads, as said earlier on some people are invulnerable, at least in certain situations (so you should try to hurt them whenever you encounter them again :ebil: )
8. Be a nice guy: help everyone and give money to everyone. Alternatively, be mean and do the opposite.
And so on... The possibilities are pretty much endless.

1. Play through the entire game with the 'thereisnospoon' egg on.
2. Use some scripting to change that bloody coat! There is much better looking things than that one he's got on!
3. Pester Shannon at every opportunity.

I am currently on my 11th time through the game (seriously, it never gets old for me) There are some other good ideas posted, but here are some others.
1. Like I am playing this time through, try to play without ever getting seen. (I don't mean noticed, as in "What's that? I didn't see a uniform.", that's impossible to avoid. I mean never get shot at, have an alarm set off, be seen by cameras, etc.) And you really don't have to kill anyone in the entire game. It's tough, and I don't know if you can play the whole game like this, but I'm on the Airport section, and I've been successful so far.
2. See how fast you can beat the game. In the save menu it shows how long you have been playing at a given save point. Run everywhere, don't stop to fight, and up your run fast mod and use it. I made it all the way to Area 51 before I lost all my save files, but the counter was only at about 3 hours, and I'm sure it's easy to do better.
3. It's fun to do stuff that will tick your leaders off, such as offing Anna Navarre in the airplane, leaving hostages, not rescuing Hermann, etc.
Each of the times I have played DX, I have found fun stuff to do that I never thought of before, you'll probably find a lot more yourself. Just the beauty of the game.

Play with lethal melee weapons (knife, crowbar, sword, Non-Eutactic Blade), throwing knives, and the crossbow with lethal steel darts only; and do it with a minimum of stealth- only sneak if you would be obviously killed charging somebody. Gets the blood running.....
