Before you totally disappear, can you at least tell us where you got the editor from?
I know it's unlikely, but given the sheer erratic nature of the problems you've had maybe there's a some broken copies doing the round.

Disappear? Moi? That is my specialty :angel: Actually, I'm working on a Thief 2 FM called Maguire Estates Part Two: MechTech University (for over 2 years!!) so even though I will disappear in part I will still be around. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoy Thief 3 (although I cannot complete it because I'm a big fat wimp, like stated before ;) ). And Unreal's engine is fun to play with, so I'm sure Thief 3's will follow. However, this file is an old file. I don't even know where I got it anymore, though I suspect it was through bit torrent or ftp. I looked at the properties and it said it may be blocked because it was from another computer, and so I unblocked it. It had some wierd bar on the second tab with different colors and said something about HOST OS but I could not find the web address I dl'ed it from. Sorry. :erg: Maybe I should download one from somewhere you guys can tell me about that has a good dl? :thumb: Then I will willingly waste the next area of time I have available for another attempt..boy, that would be great!:ebil:
PS - my last two installs were by following Komag's tut (once to the t, which did not work) and another doing things a little different which temporarily worked until I played the game through MainOpt.
