Needs more Van Halen.
Edit: Didn't notice the DT albums - I would definitely check out Train of Thought as well.
Also, I don't think it's legal to own both Rubber Soul and Sgt. Peppers and not have a copy of Revolver. At least it it shouldn't be.

Well, you've already got 1-4, but you should probably get Houses of the Holy, Physical Graffiti, Presence, and In Through the Out Door.
Also, musically, we seem to have much in common from what I can see. Perhaps give Queens of the Stone Age a try? They're one of my favorite newer bands. (newer meaning mid-90's to today)
I would recommend any of their albums. Self Titled, Rated R, Songs for the Deaf, Lullabies to Paralyze, or Era Vulgaris.

Pretty solid list, I'm not much of a Doors fan, and Jean-Michel Jarre always cracks me up (in the wrong way) but I can understand why you bought those. Also, props on buying the only two Dream Theater albums worth having paid for.
You could extend your jazz selection with a few Charlie Parker records, you can't go wrong with him.
Also, obligatory Pink Floyd remark.
Also Wind & Wuthering by Genesis.
Also,
Some Beastie Boys would be fine too

If you like Dream Theatre, listen to Tool. Lateralus is probably a good place to start.
If you enjoyed DeLoused, you should by Frances The Mute, it takes some getting used to but it easily their best album.
Seconding QotSA, especially Songs for the Deaf, its the best starting place.
Kyuss would be a pretty good follow-on from "Paranoid" era Sabbath. They were a fucking brilliant stoner rock band. And the circus leaves town, and welcome to sky valley are both ace.
Pink Floyd for sure, A Saucerful of Secrets, Dark Side of the Moon, Wish You Were Here, and Animals are all must own albums.

If you like offbeat soundtracks, I recommend The Big Lebowski soundtrack. 'Sgot everything except (of all things) the Creedence.
Out of that whole list, maybe the most important for me was Violator ... coming at the right time, the right mood, dark but not too dark. Play it with the lights dim. Yeah, Pink Floyd completely meshes with that vibe. Also, the tracks sort of tell a story if you follow them, and I dig albums that do that.
The other two albums like that that I like are The Police - Singles and Peter Gabriel - Shaking the Tree. In a different way, also They Might Be Giants - Flood. I'm also a big fan of early Foo Fighters (self-titled Ray gun album), but not everybody is. Also, I can't go without once again plugging Hiromi Uehara, the jazz piano phenom that's really the future of jazz (IMO), my recommended album being Spiral.
Since you seem to be a cross-genre listener, if you have to get just one hiphop album I'd say Guru - Jazzmatazz, and if you had to get just one country album I'd say (of course) Garth Brooks - No Fences.

Needs more (

and more (

Your Led Zeppelin albums are good. Particularly 1 and 2. 4 is good too. They're all good, but 1, 2, and 4 really stick out as some of the best of LZ.
Your Black Sabbath - Paranoid album is good too, probably my fav from Black Sabbath. I used to have the European Edition LP with the creepy looking naked chick in the album when you open it up. She was so scrawny.
King Crimson suits your personality. I expected to see some Dio on this list, but alas my young one, you have time to learn. LOL. If you like King Crimson, I'd recommend you get some old skool Rainbow and some Dio.
ERCLES- I found Kyuss on some obscure FTP I was doing, and downloaded their Blues for the Red Sun album. It's pretty killer. I love that Caterpillar March track.

Opeth's Orchid is great, but that's only their first album and it gets waaayyy better. Most hardcore fans like the My Arms, Your Hearse, Still Life, and Blackwater Park era the best (with BWP being my personal fave). BTW, how have you been?
