Fett, each time I try and compose something here it ends up sounding like a eulogy. But I must express my admiration for your courage, humanity and good humour, in the face of this extreme difficulty (and the ongoing difficulty of dealing with the various nut-bars here). And for your general menschliness.

Your public de-conversion in this forum is one of the most honest and gutsy things I have witnessed on the internet, as I know that in a certain sense, it was more of a challenge than your illness. May that strength bring you through this trial also.

I am sure that what they will find is all the extra heart and soul you have packed in your chest, fett.

If it ends up being something stupid like "olol the tech sneezed and what you're looking at is actually snot. Sorry for shoving that tube down your throat", I want you to promise me you'll slap the shit out of every person on staff.

But if it does end up being something potentially serious, that still doesn't mean it's the end of the world. People have gone through far worse than what you're probably facing, and have come out the other end just fine.
