I take it from your confusing post that you're turning 21, the legal drinking age in your backwards faraway country, and you're wondering what to do with it (the Day).
Suggestion 1 would of course be to find a few friends and go out drinking. Hilarity would automatically ensue.
However, if that's not an option, I fully endorse the barhopping alone idea. It might not have been what you'd have hoped for the big 21, but chances are you'll get drunk and speak to people you'd never otherwise meet. Hell, you might even get laid. If not, you'll just end up with a hangover, slightly poorer and perhaps somewhat wiser.
Worst case is that you get robbed by a hooker and get an STD. Or could be clubbed to death in a dark alley. But that's just the worst.

I just noticed it said "Florida". Miami is full of decent pubs, and several really bad ones. Choose carefully.

My 21st birthday happened in the middle of spring break at the University I was sort of attending. I should add that I was shit broke and because of very severe depression and other emotional problems I didn't have very many friends. So, while the kids with money and friends were going spring skiing and heading down to Cozumel and South Padre Island and wherever the fuck else the 'cool' people had their spring break, I went barhopping by myself at the only paces within walking distance (for me, 1/2 an hour). So I spent my glorious 21st going from franchise restaurant to franchise restaurant hoping the bartender would notice I was newly legal and give me a free drink. Few memories are more depressing to me than walking into a TGIFridays and giving the bartender my best shit-eating grin in hopes of getting a Whisky Sour on the house.
