i just wondered how to change icons on items? (im stupid as a sheep on the CS, so plz give a good description)

Download some MODs and get a general idea, mainly it constit .tga formats and the script to tell the ojects is the graphic headers. Check under /morrowind/data files/icons folder.
I maybe wrong so i havent done this yet. Im sure you will find a way if you keep trying.
