I melted the ice to see the dragon but it seems like I can't fit into the room. Did anybody else have a problem like that? Can you crouch in the game or something like that?

yes, you can crouch - don't know what the default key binding is though since i always set all of mine to be like thief :)

I have XBox though. I have tried every button and looked in the manual. I hate to get this far and have something stupid like this happen.

You just need to click the right toggle (not hold) and you'll go into a crouch until you click again.
