Aerothorn; if you're gonna watch a Pixar movie then make it 'Monsters, Inc.'. I haven't seen the 2nd one yet, but the first one is still my all-time Pixar favorite. Try it.
There's a second one?
Finding Nemo was pretty good, but not the best thing ever, imo. That being said, I simply cannot get enough of Pixar movies. I've been hooked on them ever since Toy Story. If you ever get the chance, go on YouTube and search for Pixar Shorts; those little beauties are just as good as their full-length movies.

That said, it's my understanding that their later films are a little less in the standard Disney model, so I should give them a shot.
Wall-E I'm definitely willing to look at...
The
Incredibles and
Ratatouille are not kids movies. You should see these way before
Wall-E; that is unless you enjoy being lectured to in an incredibly ham-fisted manner for half a movie (think
Happy Feet).
Wall-E is by far the worst of all their films - there is LIVE-ACTION in it for GOD'S SAKE!

Thing thing with Nemo is that it is an out and out kids movie. Like all Pixar films I have seen it is beautifully constructed but it doesnt have the same number of levels as Toy Story, Ratatouille and The Incredibles.
Up doesnt come out over hare until October for some reason so I have a bit of a wait on my hands.

I loved Finding Nemo! Sure it's a simpler film, clearly aimed at kids first, rather than having the additional layers of slightly more adult humour, but the heart and soul of the story is still a fantastic piece of storytelling.
And it looks breathtaking - I think Nemo was the first Pixar film where they really, absolutely nailed the look without being at all constrained by technological limits. It actually looks like stylised reality, as opposed to stylized cartoon like their earlier films.
Looking forward to Up anyway, didn't realise it was coming so soon! Guess maybe it's not out in the UK yet...

I havent seen this yet, what with it not being released in the UK yet. Looking forward to it though, I haven't seen a Pixar movie at the cinema since The Incredibles - which sadly I didn't like first time around but over time its grown on me and its now one of my favourites.
Just tell me one thing - is Dug The Dog as genius as he appears in the tv spots and trailers?
