I never tried using Moon Sugar or skooma. Do they actually have an in-game effect?

I've only tried Moon Sugar and that had no effect on my character. I wonder if it effects other races?

They do have an affect. My Character had to go to the bathroom at Dagoth Ur's private estate in Solstheim twice each hour.

I like the looks of female Bretons. Otherwise, I agree - the non-animal races are pretty ugly. There's a mod ("Rhedd's Heads"?) that replaces the heads of the humans (maybe of all the non-animals, I don't recall offhand) with much better looking heads.
