Apparently reading comprehension isn't your forte.
An interesting comment coming from someone flapping away against accusations I never made. Anyway, rest assured I don't think you're a racist or hysterical on a personal level, you've simply bought into some aspects of a movement that has roots in those areas. Hell, I actually agree with some of the things you've said in this thread, especially comments made early on before you lost your smarts in a defensive haze.

I have never done anything illegal so I can judge those who have.

Fourth and final, America is increasingly hysterical and racist in how it handles and portrays this delicate subject.
For example:
Congrats on buying into the hysteria. Legal residents kill scholarly, athletic kids after being released from jail, too. Even on the street!
This is where you implied I was hysterical and racist, by using a quote from me without reading my post later which clarified my reason for the sidenote.

I assure you no movement or aspects of any movement has brainwashed me in any way.
In order to have any more productive converse on this subject I would like to hear any ideas you may have on the subject. aside from snide comments.

I've read every word you've posted. I'd suggest you worry less about my reading comprehension and more about whether or not you're effectively communicating your point. I'm admittedly being an ass here, but why should I engage in a conversation increasingly driven by what isn't being said?
As for fixing the immigration problem, off the top of my head:
1. Don't worry about the borders. That isn't the problem.
2. Get illegal immigrants in the system, to both protect them and hold them accountable for their actions.
3. Establish a better work visa system to handle the need. Allow illegal immigrants the ability to "upgrade" to this visa through some kind of application and fee.
4. Give illegal immigrants a path to citizenship.
5. Once all this is in place, enforce the work visa laws by cracking the fuck down on employers that hire illegal immigrants. Implement some kind of weighted deportment system.
6. Stop calling them illegals.
It's a start. Feel free to make it better!

1) Secure borders with minefield and guards
1a) Shoot on sight anyone attempting to cross that border
2) Deport the fuck out of anyone in the country illegally
3) Get nation's teenagers to fill the roll of orange pickers or drywallers or whatever under-the-table industry is apparently tantamount to the American economy
4) Harden the fuck up
5) USA #1

Sure it is.

No to protection, yes to holding them accountable for their actions. Laws currently exist to allow prosecution of illegal aliens despite them simply not being adequately enforced. They don't need to be in any "system" for that.

Yes, establish a better work visa/temporary worker system. No, do not allow illegal immigrants the opportunity to upgrade. If they wish, they can return to their home country and apply for a temporary work visa like everyone else.

Give sex offenders blueberry pies and lollipops!

This should be done concurrently.

6. Stop calling them illegals.
You prefer "undocumented worker", perhaps? Is such a term less offensive to you?
If one is an illegal immigrant, I shall call him such. OOOH.
