This isn't a software distribution forum - a more useful question would begin with the words "Where can I find..." - Besides, it might be helpful if you explained what you are trying to do and didn't munge your email address so badly as it's displayed publicly in your profile anyway...

I don't know what you mean by exe modder tool.
And the health potions and flashbombs can surely be done as skins on meshes the editor has - such as the flasks (like had Laryl's blood in from from the cradle) and well, the flashbomb, though there's a few other spherical meshes too.
