NifTexture 1.3 can be used to skin the meshes in the subfolders of \Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes
Otherwise you need Dave Humphrey's Alpha NIF Importer for 3ds max

Remember how you got 2 CDs when you bought MW, 1 a MW CD which installs and plays MW and you also get a construction set CD. Curiousily enough CS gets installed on by the MW CD, so whats on the CS CD? Your answer!! A copy of all meshs and textures etc. in MW.
If you copy them to their corresponding folders then your game will use the meshes and textures from the folders rather than the ones stuck in your game, so if you change one without changing the name it will change all instances of it in the game. Note: this is not recommended, it is better to make a new one then go in CS and make a plugin which changes what texture/mesh is used so you can stop using it at any time without any damage.
Editing meshs needs a 3D modeling program, which are few and far between but if you search the forum you can find some advice, assuming you don't have one already.

i get NIFTexture 1.3 but that can only open .nif files.... how i can use it to get that morrowind Meshes???

.nif files
are Morrowind meshes.
NIFTexture is only good for re-skinning/re-texturing meshes.
If you want to get an NPC dancing, open your NPC, click 'add animation file' and find the animation file anim_dancingGirl.nif (on your TESCS CD). Open the animation window after that to ensure the NPC has that animation attached to it.
