- You stated..."Dark Project and its expansion, Thief Gold, are sometimes criticized for levels filled with undead enemies
that you must kill. But the second game (TMA) is a pure stealth experience, and is often considered to be the best stealth game of all time."
This is a false conception...There are no "levels filled with undead enemies that you must kill", in TDP/Gold...Both TDP and TMA are "pure stealth experiences". Actually, objectively speaking, The Dark Project is the superior game from a macro stealth perspective, due to the greater dimensionality of stealth challenges provided by the wider variety of Ai types.
Thanks for your feedback. I had trouble balancing the sound levels because I had to edit the thing on a laptop with shitty speakers.
I know that you don't have to kill anyone in TDP and that ghosting levels is possible, I just worded that poorly in the video. It's rather a case of not being able to knock out enemies. I was going to write something like that, but the sentence didn't sound good in my head. It's mostly a "response" to some reviews of TDP I've seen where the game is criticized for having enemies you can't blackjack (Zero Punctuation and some written reviews I read few years ago)
