How do you start the Azura Star quest? I keep hearing about it on the forrum, but I haven't seen it in the game anywhere.......
Anyone know how to start it?

Well - since it's Azura's Star - try talking to her about it!
If you don't know how to reach Azura - I'll spoil you, little by little.
She can be "found" in her shrine.
It is situated on her own coast.
Far to the south east - near the waters edge.
Just activate the statue of Azura in Azura's shrine on the south-eastern tip of Azura's Coast region. She'll give you a quest.
