That is really great news. So many people go tricked, but I have always only heard good news. All the stores involved were willing to exchange it. However in your case, it was amazing. Exchange at no additional cost! By the way I want to point out the company at fault is Activision not Eidos, since it was an Activision release.

Glad to hear that the matter is resolved. I think most stores would have exchanged it for the real product with you paying the difference. The fact that Staples gave you the full game for no extra cost and then pulled the rest off the shelves is good news. :)
