Happy Belated to a man who appreciates the finer points in life.
Like swords, knives, scissors......
Sorry I'm late, but hope you had a good one. :cheeky:

I am positively moved. With hardly any people having sent me wishes this year, due to confusion caused by me moving about so much I guess, I half expected this year's birthday to slip past unnoticed... and then I came upon this thread. I love you people.
BA: Maybe the arts are broken but the heart certainly works as it should ;) Here's to you!
Vrap: Much appreciated, mate - just try to get some sleep once in a while, you really don't have to greet me every time I join #Thief regardless of the time of day and the time zone I'm it :cheeky:
jay: No worries, I swam quite hard yesterday so I'm going the abysmal part today thanks to my sore neck muscles :)
MrD: I do hope that cucumber was organic, sir! [small]That's organic as as in "organic vegetables", you perverts.[/small]
Shadow Creepr: Thanks!
Jenesis: Cheers, mate. Are you still at Cambridge, by the way? We'll need a man inside if we are to organise that TTLG UK combat punting tournament... Remember that I'm brining bring the ramming spikes, too.
Lesser: Why, with such a fine lady having expressed such wishes it couldn't have been bad! Thanks a lot.
Turtle: Unfortunately I have misread your first statement and promptly died. Expect to be haunted soon, as it's all your fault!
Alch: Is it allowed for Florida people to wish California people happy birthday? ;) Cheers!
SD: Thanks.
Dia: And heavy wrenches, don't forget heavy wrenches! And late wishes are still wishes, so don't worry :)
Like I mentioned above, this year's birthday has been rather uneventful. As usual I've had dinner with my parents, grandparents, brother and his now-wife, afterwards I chatted with my fiancee pretty much as soon as she could (unfortunately we're long-distance again for the time being, then again I'm going to see her fairly soon) and in the evening a couple of friends came over for tea and cake. And speaking of my fiancee, yesterday I found an envelope in the mail containing a hand-made birthday card from her... I totally adore that woman. And let us not forget the swag, as this year it was more interesting than usual - in addition to the usual sweets and clothing article I have received a really nice non-spill mug I'm drinking tea from right now (well, as a matter of fact I received it a few weeks ago - but it was meant as a birthday gift), Terry Pratchett's Wintersmith - and Bioshock Limited Edition! Bring it on, Andrew Ryan :ebil:
Thanks again for all the wishes!

Happy late Birthday Marecki. Congrats on the haul (Bioshock is why I am scarce and missed your thread and stuff).
